Nurse Froge – Privacy Policy

Nurse Froge is a simple study‑streak app for nursing students. This policy explains what information we (the developer) do and do not collect.

1. Information We Collect

Nurse Froge is designed to collect as little information as possible.

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information inside the app.
• We do not use third‑party advertising SDKs.
• We do not sell or rent any personal data.

Your streak, timer, and in‑app settings are stored on your device.

Chat with Froge

When you use the “Chat with Froge” feature, the text you type is sent to our AI service provider so a response can be generated and returned to your device.

• These messages are processed only for the purpose of generating replies.
• We do not attach your real‑world identity to those messages.
• Do not enter sensitive information (for example: full name, address, medical record numbers, or passwords).

2. How We Use Information

Any information processed through Nurse Froge is used only to:

• Provide the app’s core features (streak timer, chat, etc.).
• Maintain and improve the app’s reliability and performance.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising or user profiling.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

We may share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers: For example, our AI provider that processes your chat messages in order to generate responses.
• Legal reasons: If required to do so by law, court order, or government request.

4. Children’s Privacy

Nurse Froge is intended for nursing students and adult learners. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app and provided information, please contact us so we can delete it.

5. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to operate the app and its features. If you uninstall Nurse Froge, the streak and local app data stored on your device are removed from that device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
